Are our canvas prints framed??
No we send our canvas art neatly rolled in order to offer free shipping and prevent damage. We are more than happy to recommend a local framer in your area.
Care and Maintenance
1. I've never owned a canvas print before – how do you clean it?
Don't use any sort of cleaning liquid or compound, ever. A static-electricity dusting cloth can be used with a light motion, or a vacuum with a brush attachment can be used gently to remove dust.
3. How should I care for my print?
Avoid bending your print - a crease will be permanent.
Keep your print away from moisture, condensation and humidity. Although our inks are water resistant, water can still cause damage.
If possible, allow a few days for your print to breathe and the inks to dry completely before framing. Select only archival (acid-free) frames. Wood frames treated with chemicals or paints can omit harmful gases that can attack the ink and paper.
Providing you keep your print free of dust, moisture and direct sunlight, it will last for many years.

We ship (nearly) anywhere in the world.
3. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery is dependent on cargo flights and can take from 2-6 weeks therefore we offer this free of charge
PRODUCT RETURN
Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.
Cancellations And Changes
You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit or a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.
